1314 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1314 platform by all registered members in Malaysia. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
These terms take effect immediately and are subject to revision from time to time. Check this page periodically to ensure you are always up to date with the latest version.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 1314 platform — whether through the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with the relevant privacy policy and game rules.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the 1314 platform and close your account if one exists. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
This platform is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible in your jurisdiction to use the services offered.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to register and hold only one active account on 1314. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior warning. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. 1314 reserves the right to request proof of identity verification at any time.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. Do not share your login details with any third party. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 1314 support team immediately.
Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from using the 1314 platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that harms other users. The use of automated software, bots, or any technology to manipulate games or platform systems is strictly forbidden and may result in permanent account closure.
Suspended or Closed Account Policy
1314 reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of violating these terms, without prior notice. In the event of a suspension, any valid account balance will be processed in accordance with established procedures. Accounts closed due to a breach of terms may not be entitled to claim any remaining balance or unused bonuses.
3. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 1314 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is legally valid. 1314 does not accept transactions made using cards or accounts that do not belong to the registered user.
Deposits are typically credited to the gaming account within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method. Withdrawals are subject to a verification process that may require submission of identity documents. 1314 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes.
Any bonus or promotional credit applied to your account is subject to the rollover requirements stated in the terms of the relevant offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until all rollover conditions have been fully met. 1314 reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through illegitimate means or fraudulent activity.
User Responsibilities in Transactions
Users are responsible for ensuring that all bank account or e-wallet details registered are accurate before submitting a withdrawal request. 1314 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
4. Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability
All content on the 1314 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of 1314 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected under Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.
You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 1314. Using the 1314 logo or brand name for commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
1314 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or game outcomes. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis with no warranties regarding service availability or timeliness.
5. Third-Party Links & Privacy
The 1314 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. The inclusion of such links does not imply that 1314 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Your use of any third-party website is entirely at your own risk.
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the separate 1314 Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you consent to the data processing practices described in that policy, in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
1314 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the platform. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from the use of the 1314 platform will be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable timeframe. Should a resolution not be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
